What is Peer Mentoring? 

Peer Mentoring includes the development and use of peer mentoring networks for young people with disabilities to help them transition from secondary education to postsecondary education and employment through the power and influence of high expectations, self-determination and the development of self-advocacy skills.

Peer MentoringWorks Online Training Program

PolicyWorks and our partners operate Peer MentoringWorks, an online training and program for the certification of peer mentors working with transition-aged youth in pre-employment programs.
